UltraRail
Our self – adhesive UltraRail solution provides a quick and easy way to secure UFH pipe to the insulation layer of screed floors. Lengths of the lightweight plastic rail push together to cover the required floor area, and are secured to the insulation layer with a user-friendly self-adhesive strip. Reflex pipe clamp technology securely holds the UFH pipe in place, with no clips, screws or specialist tools required.
The UltraRail system is our most simple system to install. Comprising of lightweight, plastic clip rail and supplied alongside our UltraStaple clips, UltraRail is most ideal for new build projects and extensions. Our plastic clip rail is not only easy to push together, it stays together. This allows for manoeuvrability on site when dealing with long runs of track. With 50mm spacings to the centres of each pipe slot, installation is made quicker, simpler and ensures accurate spacing between pipes. UltraStaples are supplied with each system to help pin down our 14mm UltraFlex underfloor heating pipe during bends and long straights.
