UltraPlate
An adaptable heating solution. Ultraplate is ideal for timber joisted floors. It can be fitted either between the joists beneath the flooring, or on top of joists before the chipboard floor deck is fitted. A lightweight aluminium panel holds the Ultraflex pipe in place to deliver even heat distribution across the floor. No additional height to the floor level. UltraPlate is perfect for properties with lower ceilings or limited head height.
UltraPlate is a fit-from-below system. Aluminium plates are installed, using self-drilling screws provided, to the underside of the above flooring. These plates take hold of our 14mm UltraFlex pipe down both sides, diffusing the heat evenly to the floorboards above. This system allows you to take full control on ceiling heights as it does not add any build up to the room.
