Underfloor Heating
for a Sustainable Future
Here at Mi-Heat we offer a wet underfloor heating system; this is an energy efficient way to now heat your home. Using a network of pipes a wet underfloor heating system connects directly to your central heating system. The warm water circulates through the pipes once the heating is turned on warming the floor above. Think of it as a large radiator in your floor.

Why choose underfloor heating?
Installing an underfloor heating system could possibly save on your monthly energy bills compared to when using a radiator and when running from a heat pump it could save even more. This is due to underfloor heating working at lower temperature in comparison to a radiator system.
Underfloor heating offers a more comfortable heat due to the heat being evenly distributed throughout your home.
Freedom to create heating zones, each room can be controlled by an individual thermostat. This means you choose when and which room to heat or heat them all at once. A benefit being a reduce on the amount of energy used throughout the year.

Underfloor heating systems are compatible with Air Source Heat pumps, Ground source heat pumps and Boilers.

Mi-Heat Warranty
Peace of mind from day one
Choosing a heating system can be big decision, so we want you to feel confident that your Mi-heat system will stand the test of time. That’s why we offer a 50 year worldwide manufacturer’s warranty on our Ultraflex pipe, the core component of all our underfloor heating solutions. What’s more for the first 10 years we also include consequential loss cover on all Ultraflex pipe installations in the UK. This means that in the highly unlikely event of a pipe bursting, our insurance would also cover the cost of replacing any floor coverings or possessions damaged as a result.
